Dandruff is pretty common amongst people of all age groups. The issue with dandruff is that it causes a terrible itch if prolonged. Dandruff build is bad as there are several reasons of it. It could be you are dealing with dry scalp, not shampooing enough, or yeast overgrowth.
There are ways we can treat dandruff naturally. These ingredients are easy to find and it has antimicrobial, detox and cleansing properties.
Tea Tree Oil: Tree tree oil is a great ailment for treating dandruff naturally. It is known to contain anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties which work great to serve as relief from dandruff.
Tea-tree oil is known to fight off any fungus hence works great in such a condition. Please do keep in mind that this oil can cause irradiation hence we recommend you dilute the oil with a carrier oil like coconut oil and then apply the same to your scalp.
Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera, is known to calm the skin and help reduce redness. It helps control fungal infections and helps promote hair growth as well. Scoop up the content from the leaf and directly apply it to the hair. Let the product sit in your hair for a few minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and a gentle shampoo.
Curd: Curd is also known to contain fighting properties to get rid of dandruff. Let the curd sit in your hair for an hour. Once dry, wash the contents off with a gentle shampoo. This process might get messy but it sure helps.
Hibiscus: In Ayurveda, hibiscus is known strengthens your hair which helps in hair growth while reducing hair loss. It's also a good remedy for dry and itchy scalp which is the biggest culprit of dandruff problem.

DIY NATURAL HAIR MASK:
A simple hair mask that you can make at home. This mask involves amla, hibiscus powder, and curd. Mix all three ingredients and make a thick paste. To avoid dripping on the floor, thicker is better. You can add water as needed if it’s too thick to even apply. Apply this mixture onto your scalp and let it rest for 30 minutes. Once dry, wash the mixture off with not too hot water and a gentle shampoo.
