So, we had a fantastic workshop in October, right before Halloween. We have 5-8 amazing babes joined us. For us, it’s our way to spend a few hours chatting with you all about natural, clean, and sustainable beauty.
We are amazed to hear strong opinions when it comes to skin health & wellness. In this blog post, we wanted to share with you a little peek into what our workshops are really like by answering some FAQs and bringing you a little insight from those that have joined us and taken part.
So, here are bit scoops - What is Glow & Green Workshop?
First of all, our workshops are for everyone, which means every woman out there! You don’t need to be a beauty junkie or a background in chemistry. If you love for yourself & wellness and want best for your skin, then join us.
You don’t need any prior knowledge of making skincare, but equally, if you do have experience in mixing up and making DIY face masks, then why not come along to pick up a couple of new tips and tricks?
In our workshop, we talked about what are the challenges you face during skincare product purchases? What do you look for? How’s your day to day skincare regimen look like?
We make sure that you get the chance to tailor each of your creations, so it’s suitable for your skin type. If you have dry, sensitive, oily, acne-prone, or dull skin, we talk you through easy and best DIY recipes that can help then let you experiment with your products.
We genuinely disagree with the approach of one-size-fits-all, and I sure you will also echo our voice once you attend our workshops!
In the future, we are planning to have 8-10 people in each workshop, so it’s a pretty intimate atmosphere. In this way, we can pay attention to everyone. When you are not busy creating personalized custom products, you are welcome to talk about your beauty challenges, and we will try to answer.
After you create, we want you to name the product and state the date. So you know, till how long your product will last. When you formulate these fantastic products, we make you wear hairnets and aprons. And we realized that everyone gets mega excited about how good they look in them (kind of).
In the end, we gift all the participants with great natural and sustainable skincare goodie bags. During our last workshop, we truly felt inspiration, informative, and fun!
We are excited to collaborate with the local business owner for the future and have more workshops for you.
