Papaya & Sugar Foot Scrub
Summer can be harsh on your feet and legs. We've been enjoying warm temperatures in the Bay Area. Warm weather like this means summer dresses are in, with our bare legs out. Keeping your feet soft can become a bit of a chore. So the Glow & Green community came up with another easy DIY natural skincare recipe: Papaya & Sugar Foot Scrub (look here for other pure beauty recipes Beauty: Face Mask) This foot scrub can be made in bulk. It lasts for the entire week so you can put it in your fridge and apply it every night! In this recipe, we are combining only three simple ingredients: papaya pulp, sugar & coconut oil. Sugar works as an exfoliating agent that removes dead cells and unclogs pores, while papaya & coconut oil nourishes your skin after the dead cells are removed. So, before further ado, let's get ready for that 4th of July pool party.
